The menu changes daily, but past entrees include pan-seared Atlantic cod with a savory spice rub and pork loin stuffed with andouille sausage. After finishing their meal, patrons can head for the vessel's top deck, either for drinks and dancing in the lounge or to enjoy the view and sea air from the promenade.

Across Tampa Bay in St. Petersburg is the berth of the StarLite Cruise vessel Majesty. This ship's two-decked dining area is decorated with brass fittings and with an atrium in the center. Every dinner cruise begins with live music, although patrons may choose to indulge in a drink before dinner on the ship's open-air observation deck or at the bow. The Majesty's menu consists of 10 entrees, with fare such as Mediterranean-style seafood and Filet Mignon. All meals are accompanied by a baby green salad and a desert, and after-dinner drinks are available.
